FAITH Garden Workshop


FAITH stands for “Food Always In The Home.” The objective is to promote self-sustainability through backyard gardening. A 100 sq.m piece of land, when properly and diligently cultivated with three hours of work a day, can produce sufficient vegetable crops for a family of four to six throughout the year.

Workshop Details: Four sessions to be held in November 2005

Workshop on two Friday nights (4 Nov & 18 Nov); time: 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Practicum on two Saturdays (5 Nov & 19 Nov); time: 7.30am to 5pm


Venue: S'pore Vision Farm, 40 Jalan Lekar.


Course fees: $180 per person (includes training materials)


Limited in-take: Due to the nature of the practicum, there will be a limit of 15 participants so as to cater for maximum hands-on involvement. Priority will be given to those intending to apply the knowledge for community development.

Carnival at Bedok Reservoir Park


Together with S'pore Bible College, Vision Network will be receiving an award for the FAITH Garden at SBC. You and your family are cordially invited to celebrate and fellowship with Vision partners at the park. Your family is also invited to participate in the mass planting at Bedok Reservoir Park. The event is organized by the National Parks. Do visit us at our exhibition booth at Bedok Reservoir Park.
